Please read these terms carefully before using ClearCheck.


1. No Guarantee of Compliance

ClearCheck is a diagnostic tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google in any way.

Passing all checks within ClearCheck does not guarantee that your store will be approved by Google Merchant Center. Google makes its own compliance decisions based on criteria that may change at any time and may differ from the checks performed by ClearCheck. Our tool is designed to help you identify and address common issues that are known to trigger misrepresentation flags, but final approval decisions rest entirely with Google.

2. Service Description

ClearCheck is a Shopify app that scans your store for common Google Merchant Center compliance issues. The service includes:

The checks performed are based on publicly available Google Merchant Center guidelines and common reasons for account suspensions. They do not cover every possible compliance requirement.

3. Subscription and Billing

ClearCheck offers free and paid subscription plans. All billing for paid plans is managed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Shopify's billing terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. For details on refunds, cancellations, and the right of withdrawal, please see our Refund Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClearCheck and Big Idea Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Data Usage

Your use of ClearCheck is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using ClearCheck, you agree to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of ClearCheck after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Support

Support for ClearCheck is provided exclusively via email. We do not offer telephone, live chat, or real-time support.

We aim to provide an initial response within the following timeframes, based on Your subscription plan at the time of the support request:

These timeframes represent target response times for an initial acknowledgement of Your inquiry and do not constitute a guarantee of issue resolution within the stated period. The time required to fully resolve a support request will vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue.

We reserve the right to modify these support response timeframes at any time upon reasonable notice to You, which may be provided via email, in-app notification, or by updating these Terms. Continued use of the Service following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised support terms.
