Each issue includes a detailed explanation and actionable steps to fix it. Simply follow the recommendations, make the necessary changes in your Shopify admin, and run another scan to verify the fixes. Most issues can be resolved in minutes.
Yes, your data is secure. ClearCheck Compliance only accesses the minimum data needed to perform compliance checks. We don't store your product content or customer information. All connections are encrypted, and we follow Shopify's security best practices.
No. While ClearCheck Compliance helps identify common issues that trigger misrepresentation flags, Google is the ultimate decider when it comes to what is accepted. We help you address known compliance factors, but approval decisions rest entirely with Google.
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. Your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period, after which your plan will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.
EU and UK customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date their paid subscription begins. Refunds are also available for billing errors and significant technical issues. Because ClearCheck Compliance is billed through Shopify, refunds are issued as a credit to your Shopify account after you have paid the invoice, and may not equal the full subscription amount due to Shopify processing fees. A person from our team reviews your store by hand, the way a Google reviewer would: 78 checks across nine areas, from branding and legal pages to product pages, returns and shipping. Included with the Pro plan. You get back a PDF report. Every check is marked pass or fail with the evidence, and each failure gives you the page, the problem, and the fix, most serious first. It catches what a scan cannot.
The audit is included with the Pro plan. Once you are subscribed, open the FAQ or Support page inside the app and use the button there to request one, and we will come back to you when the review is complete.
One-to-One Support is included with the Pro plan. Rather than going into a general ticket queue, your questions come straight to our team and we are on hand to answer them, whether that is making sense of a scan result, working out why Google has flagged something, or deciding what to fix first. Support is provided by email, and we aim to reply within 24 hours. We do not offer phone or live chat support.
