You can cancel your paid subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. Your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period, after which your plan will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.
EU and UK customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date their paid subscription begins. Refunds are also available for billing errors and significant technical issues. Because ClearCheck is billed through Shopify, refunds are issued as a credit to your Shopify account after you have paid the invoice, and may not equal the full subscription amount due to Shopify processing fees.
